Not quite. The battery on the iPhone 15 is designed to go 1,000 charging cycles before it reaches 80% Maximum Capacity.
That works out to a 1% decline for every 50 charging cycles. If the OP's battery was performing "normally", it might be at 99% now, worst case maybe 98% if the battery is being driven really hard.
It's way too soon to try to interpolate what the life of battery might be, but so far, the initial indication is not encouraging.
