I am trying to find how to restore old Voice Memos using Time Machine backups. Is there a way to find these on Time Machine? If so, how? I don't know where the actual recordings are stored. I see memos listed in the Voice Memo app. But where those individual sound files are, I have no idea.

Finder>GO>Go To Folder copy and paste:
~/Library/Group Containers/group.com.apple.VoiceMemos.shared

~/Library/Group Containers/group.com.apple.VoiceMemos.shared
you can try for the Finder>Go>Go to Folder, copy & paste:
~/Library/Containers/com.apple.VoiceMemos/Data/Library/Application Support/
