How do I fix Mail issues with UK Vodafone Ultra Hub after iOS 18.3.1 upgrade?

Issue with UK Vodafone Ultra Hub blocking Mail on Apple iPhone and other Devices after 18.3.1 iOS upgrade. Resolved. Found solution on Vodafone Community page. Here it is:

I’ve spent two weeks since the 18.3.1 iOS upgrade with horrendous Mail issues. I now have Mail at home on my Apple devices! On My Vodafone , Content Control set to Off on my Ultra Hub broadband. Route is My Vodafone/Plans/ Extras, controls / Content controls / Content controls profile set to Off. My iPhone Mail is now functioning.
