VoiceOver repeats numbers but doesn't enter passcode on Apple Watch

VoiceOver on watch is turned on when entering passcode to unlock it repeats the numbers, but does not enter them in or unlock

Apple Watch Series 10 passcode changed, numbers unresponsive my apple watch serie 10 passcode changed on its own and now I cant change it, when I try to put the passcode I always had it doesn’t let me click the numbers, it only lets me use 3 numbers: 9 - 3 - 6 sorry if my explication is bad but English is not my native language hehe.. I didn’t change it!

Did you try to turn off VoiceOver in the Accessibility settings in the Watch App on your iPhone?
