How to avoid pop-ups while playing games and watching videos on iPhone?

I would like to not have any interruptions when watching or playing games sometimes I think pops up on my screen saying there is a limit another thing keeps on popping up on my phone that my screen is way too close and I know this is the last phone update

These are Screen Time settings:

For Screen Distance, you can turn that off by going to Settings > Screen Time > Screen Distance.
An App Limit is also set in Screen Time and you can turn off all Screen Time Restrictions by going to Settings > Screen Time, and scroll to the bottom to Turn Off Screen Time.

Are the games triggering the pop-ups?

Ads are quite common, and some games were recently launching Safari to access a website.
