How to upgrade iPhone 7 from iOS 16.7 to iOS 18?

An iPhone 7 cannot update past iOS 15. If you need iOS 18, you will need to get a new phone.

If you have an iPhone 7, it does not have iOS 16.7, and you cannot update your phone to iOS 18. You can update an iPhone 7 to the latest release of iOS 15. You cannot update an iPhone 7 to iOS 16 or higher.

You can do it by selling or trading in your phone for a new phone. An iPhone 15 or iPhone 16 would be recommended.
