What do you mean your iPhone says your warranty is expired, but it's available. That's contradictory. Did you buy the phone brand new or used. When did you buy the phone? When you go to Settings > General > About what does it say about your warranty coverage?
And you conveniently didn't answer my other questions. If your phone says the warranty has expired, it means the warranty on your iPhone has expired. Keep in mind iPhone 14 was discontinued by Apple in September 2023. That is more than a year ago. iPhone warranty on iPhone is one year. It makes sense the phones warranty has expired.

Evidently not. If there was any warranty left, it would show in Settings. Perhaps you bought a warranty from someone other than Apple? We wouldn't know about that. But the phone itself will show what warranty is available on the phone from Apple and evidently there is none left on your phone.
It says
coverage expired
Paid repair & service Available
Phone Support Available
Is there a way to reactivate my warranty
No, the standard 1 year warranty cannot be extended.

No, there is no way to reactivate an expired warranty at all.
