How can I resolve discrepancies in iPhone warranty status?

My phone says my warranty is expired but it’s available to have warranty what can I do

Evidently not. If there was any warranty left, it would show in Settings. Perhaps you bought a warranty from someone other than Apple? We wouldn't know about that. But the phone itself will show what warranty is available on the phone from Apple and evidently there is none left on your phone.
