My calendar keeps getting spam and when I go to delete it immediately repopulates
there is no block option. No report option
there is no associated email anywhere either.
and
the spam calendar invite isn’t just one day but on every day for eternity.

Are you syncing a Microsoft Exchange calendar, such as Outlook? If so, the spam has entered the Microsoft Servers and are just being synced to your Calendar app on your phone. You can try to sign into your Microsoft Account online and remove them there. There are many of these same reports that affect other device platforms as well on the Microsoft Support Site.
It’s not the whole calendar. I need to keep all the other invites and appointments.
I try to delete and they reappear seconds later.
Unsubscribe is not an option
