If your data existed only on that phone, it may be gone. It depends on how Apple decided to repair the phone. E.g., if they literally only replaced the screen, the data might still be there (assuming you remember the correct passcode). If they swapped the whole phone out for an equivalent phone from replacement stock, your data would not be on the new phone and would be gone.
