After going for a walk in the rain, about an hour later my apple watch series 4 screen turned a green, cyan, white, and blue colour with lines in it. My watch is stuck on this screen and I can't do anything on it. What can i do?

Has the battery of your watch ever been replaced?
If the battery got damaged by water or is at the end of the usable lifetime, it might expand, causing such issues.
I don't think it is water damage as i have been in pools and rain before with my watch.
No it has not. Battery health is 86%. Maybe battery is water damaged, i am going to try get it looked at this weekend at the Apple Store. Thanks fir the help
