How can I create macros for iPad tasks?

I use this iPad mainly for internet radio. Typically I find the 'Radio France' app, tap it, it opens then I tap 'FIP' option within it, then I tap one of the channels from a list then I have to drag down from the top to open the audio panel, then I have to tap Airport Express then I have to drag the volume slider to 100.

There should be a smarter way to do this repeated task so is there a built in macro creator that can be used to store repeated actions on the iPad so it all happens with one click?
