Why do deleted and updated passwords keep reappearing?

I have just spent hours changed compromised and reused passwords to get my security in order. But today when I have gone to continue this, all the deleted / removed passwords and accounts have re-appeared, and I now have no idea where I got to with the process!! why have they all re-appeared?

Deleted saved-passwords keep coming back I’ve gone into Settings->Passwords and have deleted old account/passwords I no longer need. Have tried both batch deletions as well as deleting them one at a time, but they simply don’t go away. Anyone else have this problem or have a fix?
