Why does my free T-Mobile subscription keep prompting for renewal?

I've an account with T-Mobile and this subscription should be free,but keeps telling me to renew, what's the problem

None of my subscriptions will show up So long story short I got a new phone recently and switch to T-Mobile, if that’s the problem that’s odd, but I bought a subscription and want to concise the auto renew and notices it’s not there and neither are any of my past newer current ones, all it says is there’s no active subscriptions, I went into setting, AppStore, and even on the website and nothing, I’m not gonna just go 🤷‍♂️ guess I’ll spend $19.99 a month for the rest of my life, if somebody knows how to fix this please let me know.
