iPhone is unavailable and not connected to the PC

The iPhone SE is unavailable and does not connect to the computer via USB, the iPhone is also not displayed in the Locator application. How to restore it if I don't remember the password code? (Ios below 15)

It will need to be connected to a computer to reset it. See if this helps -

Then do this -
