If you mean for Messages and FaceTime, go to Settings/Apps/Phone and enter your correct phone number. Then Restart your iPhone

For Messages:

Open Settings
Tap Apps, then Messages
If iMessage is off, turn it on
Tap Send & Receive
Scroll down until you see AppleID: and your Apple ID
Tap your Apple ID
Tap Sign Out
Tap Messages at the top left to go back to the main Messages page
Tap Apps at the top left to go back to Apps

For FaceTime:

Tap FaceTime
If FaceTime is off, turn it on
Scroll down until you see AppleID: and your Apple ID
Tap on your Apple ID
Tap Sign Out

Restart your phone again→Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

Then go back to Settings/Apps/Messages and log in, and do likewise for FaceTime.
