Call failed problem when using Apple TV FACETIME App
Several users have had problems using Apple TV FaceTime App which gives them a CALL FAILED message after dialing a contact phone number. I discovered an easy solution. First go to the SETTINGS, APPS, and then FACETIME. Scroll down to CALLER ID and select your iCloud.com ID (i.e. your name@icloud.com) instead of your phone number. Exit SETTINGS and start FACETIME on your TV screen again as per the normal procedures (Continuity Camera connection, etc. etc.) Your session should now work. Good luck.
