IOS updates and Speech not working

Some apps do not talk anymore.

Also Speak button disappears along with the app. when I tap on it to speak the highlighted text.

Speech-to-text issue on iPhone 14 Pro with iOS 18.2 iPhone14Pro with IOS 18.2: When trying to type message, speech gets typed. There is no microphone icon ant where that ws turned on or pressed during speech unrelated to message. Did Settings > General > Keyboard > Enable Dictation TURNED OFF. Did not help.
