Camera is lagging on my iPhone 16 Pro Max

i’ve bought my 16pm last dec and Ive been using it for months does anyone experiencing camera lag? I just attended a concert and I shoot 4k 60fps and every time i switch video to camera it keeps on lagging second one is the clean tool its great but sometimes it keeps on crashing like it closes and go back to homescreen. Idk if its a software update or the phone itself pls help me fix this.
