How do I fix 'The operation could not be completed, an unknown error occurred (-16913)' on Apple Music?

I can’t play songs on Apple Music and whenever I click on any song it shows “ The operation could not be completed, an unknown error occurred (-16913)”.

I’ve restarted my device and my Apple Music is also updated. I don’t know what to do.

Genius results can’t be updated right now. An unknown error occurred (18004). for the past 2-3 months my Apple Music has stopped working completely and I have lost my entire Apple Music library as its stopped synching. When I tried to re synch that's when I lost my library and keep getting the same error message "Genius results can’t be updated right now. An unknown error occurred (18004)" This has also happened on Apple Music on my iPhone as well as this has stopped synching now too and when I tried to reset it I lost my entire library on there too.
