forget apple id password

Hello, I don't speak English very well.

I forgot the Apple ID of my other phone and I don't have access to its email. Please guide me. I have all the necessary documents, imei/meid, and even my other phone, which only asks for the Apple ID password, I will upload its photo.

As you can see, my Apple ID is disabled. I'm asking for your help to recover my Apple account password.
