Sorry, but those sure look like dead pixels caused by exposure to laser pointers or laser light show.

Lasers emit light in the visible spectrum. Any filter in front of the lens or sensor to block laser light would block visible light in the same wavelengths and make cameras useless.

Please post several example of images with lines.

Apple’s one year limited manufacturer’s covers defects in materials and workmanship. Accidental exposure to laser light is not covered because it’s not defective workmanship or defective materials.

Apple's warranty covers manufactures defects, not accidental damage caused by the user.
