Suspicious Unknown sign in attempts

Hi all. A couple of days ago I received random unknown sign-in attempts to my Apple account from an IP address in Lahore (I live in England). I rejected them all. Since then I am getting continuous Apple Account Verification prompts on all my Apple devices linked to my account. There is also a notification in Settings to Update Apple Account Settings. Also, my Trusted devices list is not available so I’m unable to check anything suspicious there.

I haven’t entered my original password nor attempted to change it as I’m very concerned that my account will become compromised this way. Is that the case? Could anyone give some advice on securing my account without allowing this IP address in Lahore to gain access to it?

Thanks in advance.
