That keyboard won’t work. Apple Pay and the banks require a form of biometric authentication. If you have an updated iPhone you can set it up so the iPhone authenticates the payment on your Mac.

Does Touch ID work, is it enabled and do you have Two Factor Authentication (2FA) active?
