Nebula is a physic reading site that you were likely referred to from a Social Media post or a web page. They offer a free reading, but in the fine print it also says that you have agreed to a free trial that will become a subscription if not cancelled. There are many different variations of the Nebula network that offers different websites where you may have this subscriptions. You can look through your browser history or review your emails for any communication that would indicate the website you would need to go to and cancel the subscription. The free trial period may have been up to 30 days, so you could have been to this site 30 days ago and are now seeing the charge after the free trial has ended.

You posted in the Apple Account forum, so you can see here if it was actually an in-app purchase that is managed by Apple. I suspect like others who have fallen for this same free reading, it was not done from an app and you will not see it here. If you do, it may be possible to request a refund from Apple.

and cancel subscription that is managed by Apple here:

If you are not able to find or cancel your subscription, then you will need to dispute the charge with the payment method where you saw it.
