How do I get a refund for an unwanted subscription charge on iPhone?

I signed up for a free week on app. The day before it expired I canceled in the app. Today I have been charged for a one year subscription I do not want and had tried to cancel. I have now cancelled the subscription again. Will I receive a refund? I am in Canada.
