1st gen appple pencil not connecting to 10th gen iPad
I have the adapter for the pencil but it does not connect or even come up when it is connecting. I do not know what I should do.

What adapter do you have exactly?
The regular lighting adapter will not work.
You need the specific Lighting to USB-C Apple Pencil adapter.
