How do I enable motion activity for MyFitnessPal app on iPhone?

With iOS 18.3 I keep having apps telling me to enable access to features but when I click on the link it provides to Privacy & Settings, the app does not appear. Does anyone have a solution? It's driving me crazy because a bunch of my apps won't work until I enable permissions. For example - the MyFitnessPal App needs me to give permissions to access Motion Activity, but when I clik on the provided link, the app doesn't appear so I can't grant permissions!

Re: Access for an app not available in Privacy Settings

See how to: Control access to information in apps on iPhone - Apple Support

Eg: says:

"You control whether third-party apps have access to information in Contacts, Photos, Calendar, and other apps.

Review or change access to information in apps

The first time an app wants to use information from another app, you receive a request with an explanation. For example, a messaging app may request access to your contacts to find friends who are using the same

app. After you grant or deny access, you can change access later.

  1. Go to Settings  > Privacy & Security.
  2. Tap a category of information, such as Calendars, Reminders, or Motion & Fitness.

A list appears showing the apps that requested access. You can turn access on or off for any app on the list."

The above article has more info. on how to: "Review how apps are using the permissions you grant them"

Also: Apple Support's online article {link below} has helpful info. about these settings, and location Services:

About privacy and Location Services in iOS, iPadOS, and watchOS - Apple Support

Eg: says:

"In Settings > Privacy & Security, you can see which apps you have granted permission to access certain information, as well as have the option to grant or revoke any future access."
