Refund request for LinkedIn subscription
See attached message from LinkedIn that states they are aware they have an issue with ALL iOS users who subscribe to any premium memberships through iTunes. They and Apple refuse to refund my money and LinkedIn suggested I subscribe through their website and PAY AGAIN!
Apple denied my refund and stated its final and doesn’t qualify within their “guidelines” and LinkedIn refuses a refund as well (even though they received the payment in full) or even a 30 day promise code to rectify this issue.
Has anyone else had this same issue?
