Why can I not get my QuarkXPress tool bars — the ones that show along the left-hand side and the long bar at the bottom the page layouts with all the little functional icons and page-layout manipulation tools to show?
They ALWAYS used to come up with the files and I somehow must have done 'something', and they both disappeared. Now I cannot do anything! Desperate!

iMac 27″, macOS 15.3
I have been on-line in a chat with so-called Quark help. All the agent keeps saying is that I should upgrade to QuarkXPress 2025. I have been working an a huge document for three months with my current version of QuarkXpress 16.3.6 on an iMac with OS 15.3.1 Sequoia with no problems whatsoever. Can anyone help, please?
Well, hopefully someone who is also running the same setup will happen to see your post and reply. FWIW, Sequoia 15.3.1 was only released Feb 10th, so it wasn't quite 3 months.
FWIW, I looked up QuarkXpress 2020 (16.3.6) which was released 4 years ago, so it's not surprising that it doesn't work correctly on Sequoia 15.3.1.
