iPhone locked to owner
i bought my friends phone and he didn’t know the password and after I reset everything it has this locked owner and I don’t how to get rid of it help pls I am in need for this new phone

Until your friend removes the phone from his account, you are the proud owner of a useless phone you can't use. Apple won't unlock it for you as you're not the original owner and you don't have the original purchase receipt showing the phone's serial number.
Give the phone back to your friend and tell him he needs to do the following or the phone is utterly useless --> What to do before you sell, give away, or trade in your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
He is going to have to get his Apple Account Password reset if he doesn't remember it --> If you forgot your Apple Account password - Apple Support
If he still has the original purchase receipt from Apple with the serial number on it, he can request the phone be reset.
