Today I noticed the Weather app disappeared from my Home Screen. When I search for it, it shows up and opens fine. When I go to the App Store it shows “Open” as if it’s already on my phone, so I can’t download it again.
Which means it's still installed so no need to redownload it.
Look for it in the App Library and drag it back to a home screen if required.
