Google Chrome Keeps Asking for Permission to Find Devices on Local Networks

Anyways, I have the exact same issue as that person. Every so often I get asked by MacOS “Allow ‘Google Chrome’ to find devices on local networks? This will allow you to select from available devices and display content on them”. I have tried selecting Allow and I have tried selecting Don’t Allow. It doesn’t make a difference. Either way, MacOS will ask me again.

I should not have to keep answering the same prompt.

M-series look at your setting, make a change and compare your results...

I trust you made changes to compare your results—I simply presented the option window....

If it were me I would choose: " Always " or "Automatic" ...(?)

it the least toggle some changes to effect the plist, you can comeback to your preferred settings.
