so every time I put my phone near another Iphone to airdrop a picture or to receive one or even if its just my friends phone and mine laying on top of each other my Iphone always cause the other Iphone to open their apple wallet/ card. Idk what is happening and I would really like to fix this as some people may think I am trying to get their credit card details some how but I dont even know why it does this…

There can be several triggers. For example I run a small travel/tour agency and can accept Apple Pay transactions iPhone to iPhone. But I have to have my merchant credit card transaction app open. That’s probably not you.
If on an older iOS then look see what’s at this path,
iPhone > Settings > General > AirDrop > Start Sharing by Bringing Devices Together > disable
Try those and see what happens
