does anybody know how to remove these frames around my photos, i clicked something accidentally while scrolling through my photos and i would like to remove it

Try clicking the “X” in the lower right. That’s as good as it gets.
I'm not sure quite what you want. It looks like you have the square grid, selected-- I usually use the "Aspect Ratio Grid" in which the pictures show their 4x3 or 16x9 aspect.
