You're fine. There are NO KNOWN viruses for iPhone.

If the site was "sketchy" or the app seemed to be behaving in suspicious ways, you might want to rethink having that app on your phone.

It might not be able to spread virus infections to other apps, but to the extent that you give the app permission to access your data, to access location services, etc., it could be gathering data about you. Even if you are keeping the app on a very short permissions leash, it or the sites it uses could be keep track of any "sketchy" activities.

No, it cannot and will not harm your device, even if it contains a virus file designed to do so. With the latest iOS update, you are good.

Since it's a real app you can download from the App Store, it can't give you a virus. Whether you want to trust them to store your data as that appears to be what they do, is up to you.
