How can I recover deleted videos from my gallery?
last night I had a bunch of videos now they are gone and some videos I do have seem to be shorter than what I recorded like half the video is gone idk

Wondering if your iPhone is short on storage / memory space. Eg: An iPhone generally needs around 8 Gb free in order to do all you ask it to do. How to check the storage on your iPhone and iPad - Apple Support
If you use iCloud, that storage is quite separate from how much space you have on your iPhone:

You may have a back-up of any precious videos and data. It is always a wise move to back everything up .. .

Locate backups of your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support
However:
The videos are likely to be in the "Recently Deleted" folder for up to 30 days, before they are permanently deleted. Yet to restore them, the iPhone would need enough memory / storage space free.
(Alternatively, you could store them on a computer or external /zip drive.)
