How to restore Toca Boca app purchases on iPad after reinstall?

My daughter has the Toca Boca app on her iPad, as her storage was full it deleted the app for her and now she’s re downloaded it and all her purchases have gone. Is there any way to get them all back? She’s logged on with the same Apple ID and the same iPad etc. She has been playing this for years and is really upset everything has been cleared.

Editing Appstore data Is it possible to somehow edit the appstore so apps that have been purchased will not show up as installed anymore? ( I deleted the app someone else downloaded on my phone but it still shows as purchased and just not downloaded )
