Google Chrome Screen Recording

Is anyone else seeing the indigo dot in the top right corner while using the Chrome browser? For the past week or so my computer is showing that Chrome is always recording my screen when I'm browsing. And I'm not actively using Google Meet.

I went into my computer's settings to not only toggle off but completely remove Chrome from Screen Recording and it's still showing it.
