Making Custom App Icons With Shortcuts

I’m trying to use the shortcuts app to make custom icons for my apps, but the upload image button has suddenly disappeared. I have done it successfully in the past, but for some reason it now only offers me certain colors and emojis for the logo. I’ve tried restarting my phone, redownloading shortcuts, and have consulted many different Apple support articles and tutorials. Still, nothing works.
