What is the purpose of the 'Roberto' system app in Screen Time settings?

If I go to settings > screen time > always allowed and scroll down to the list of apps I can add to always allowed, I see what looks like a system app that is named roberto.NameMeaning

WHO’s ROBERTO! And why is he an app or an app system I can’t find in my phone ? What does he do for a living ? Should I be worried ?

That's not a system or standard App. It very likely is one you downloaded that has an internal name of Roberto for some reason.

The white, sort of graph paper icon usually means it was offloaded or is not available. It does not indicate a system App every time.

There is a "My Name Meaning" app on the App Store.

Did you download that? or something similar? That has now been offloaded?
