Apple TV Plus Lowers device brightness regardless of device.

I recently started watching the Silo and noticed that Apple TV Plus is lowering my brightness. I assume this is to give you the viewing experience that apple envisioned when filming but I want more brightness! This issue is happening on my macbook (M2 air) and my Iphone (11 pro max) I have tested this by setting the brightness to half then swiping my control panel away and repeating the process and setting it to max brightness, the media will play at max brightness for a few frames then dim itself to roughly half of my displays peak brightness. A workaround I found for this is to watch media through the firefox web broswer.
