I have factory reset and followed the (up to) 9 steps for fixing from internet / google but stubbornly refuses to connect. I tried connecting via my home wifi mobile hotspot but neither worked. I can browse using safari. Not sure what's left to try. Suggestions appreciated

Thanks so much as at least now I know it wasn't something I was doing or not doing. I have a modern iPad so can retire the old one. Much appreciated
