You may need to check your eMail provider account(s) (Eg: GMail / Yahoo / Outlook etc.)

Eg: Log-in to the actual online account to see what duration is in the aettings you have put in place for the account.

How many email accounts do you have? Without providing that answer, if you are using different email accounts, then use the app partaking to it, such as the Gmail app for Gmail.
