I have tried several times to transfer my iCloud data to my new iPhone but the iCloud data isn’t syncing. Whenever they asked the password of my old iPhone and I provided it, they kept saying it was wrong password and I don’t know why

An iPhone does not have a password. It has a passcode.
An Apple Account has a password.
