How to prevent iPhone from auto-connecting Bluetooth devices that keep switching?

is there a way to disconnect a Bluetooth device that keeps switching? My iPhone will auto connect to my smartwatch and whatever I’m listening to ie you tube for example switches to my watch. Can I stop this without forgetting the watch in settings?

Hello ernest75,

On your Apple Watch, open the Settings app, go to Bluetooth, tap the ⓘ next to the Bluetooth device that keeps on connecting and choose to forget it.

This setting is only for the Apple Watch. Whatever Bluetooth devices you have set on your iPhone will stay the same.
