how do I recover large attachments in my iPhone storage that were deleted, and I deleted the pictures to free up storage and I want to retrieve photos back

Go to the Photos app on your phone and scroll down to Utilities > Recently Deleted.
Photos in that album usually stay there for 30 days.
Note: make sure that you have adequate storage.
