So I was using my Apple Pencil one day and it ran out of charge right so I put it on my iPad to charge but when you like take it off, it literally won’t recharge again and I don’t know what to do

Based on what you posted, it appears that your Apple Pencil's battery is fully depleted. As such, it will either not charge, or lose charge quickly to make it useless.
Apple does not repair these pencils. You still have the option to take the pencil to your local Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider to have them take a look and provide you with your replacement options.
