You couldn't have used an eSim in any country, when the phone you own is dual physical Sim only. And no, you can't get software from anyone to turn a dual physical Sim phone into one which can use eSim.

Here is your model iPhone:

Year introduced: 2021

Capacity: 128 GB, 256 GB, 512 GB, 1 TB

Colors: Graphite, gold, silver, sierra blue, alpine green

Model numbers: A2483 (United States), A2636 (Canada, Japan, Mexico, Saudi Arabia), A2639 (China mainland, Hong Kong, Macao), A2640 (Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia), A2638 (other countries and regions)

Based on that, your phone is dual physical Sim and was never able to use eSim.

The OP told us that there is no Add eSIM setting on his phone.

That's why we asked for the model number. I suspect the OP has a dual SIM version of the iPhone 13......which would of course have no Add eSIM option. So if this is the case, it would not matter who the "telco" might be.

If we can get OP to provide the actual the model number of their iPhone, we'll be able to confirm this. Otherwise, we're stuck.
