The Home Button on the iPhone SE 2nd Gen will sometimes work and sometimes not work, I have already tried to do the Diagnostics Mode for the "Self-Repair". However I cannot use the "Serial Number" to do the Diagnostics stuff. Help please so I don't have to use the Assistive touch Setting or the Back tap too.

Since this seems to be a hardware issue, you could try having the device checks out at a Genius Bar or Apple Authorized Service Provider (AASP):

iPhone SE 2nd generation, doesn't qualify for self-repair, so if there is a hardware issues, use the links H1290 provided to have your phone checked out by your closest Apple Store Genius Bar. If the home button is failing, it's not something you can fix yourself.
