Which Apple Watch did you buy?

If it is still under warranty, contact the official Apple Support and ask them to diagnose the watch, which can be done online.

Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support


To rule out a software issue, erase and pair the watch again, setting it up as a new device, without using the latest backup.
